By accessing or using the Huzzah! application and website at huzzahbaseball.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Huzzah Training LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company ("Huzzah," "we," "us," or "our").
Huzzah! is an AI-powered baseball training application that provides users with mechanical analysis of their swing or pitching delivery, personalized drill plans, progress tracking, game stat logging, and related development tools. The Service is intended for individual player development and is designed to support — not replace — coaches, trainers, and parents.
Users under the age of 18 ("Minors") must have a parent or legal guardian create and manage their account. By creating an account for a Minor, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of the Minor and accepts full responsibility for the Minor's use of the Service.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If a child under 13 wishes to use the Service, a parent or guardian must create the account and provide consent. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information without parental consent, we will delete such information promptly.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Huzzah! offers the following subscription plans: (a) Coach — free for verified coach accounts with unlimited player profiles; (b) Solo — paid subscription for one player profile; (c) Family — paid subscription for up to six player profiles.
New users receive a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Huzzah Training LLC to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. To cancel, access your account settings within the application.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The analysis, drill plans, and recommendations provided by Huzzah! are generated by artificial intelligence, including the Anthropic Claude API. These outputs are intended as educational tools to support player development and are not a substitute for the advice, instruction, or supervision of a qualified coach, trainer, or medical professional. Huzzah Training LLC makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.
The accuracy and usefulness of AI-generated recommendations depends in part on the honesty and accuracy of the data you provide, including video submissions, drill completion logs, and game statistics.
By submitting video, images, statistics, or other content through the Service ("User Content"), you grant Huzzah Training LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. Video content submitted for analysis is processed temporarily and is not permanently stored on Huzzah's servers.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit all User Content.
The Service, including but not limited to the Huzzah! name and logo, The Honesty Loop methodology, the tagline "Study Yourself. Do the Work. Enjoy the Results.", software, features, and all associated content, is owned by Huzzah Training LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at huzzahbaseball.com/privacy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Huzzah Training LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Huzzah Training LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Huzzah Training LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice within the application. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
